Should I bring someone with me to the event?
Yes! Your fiancé, family members, wedding party, and friends can be a great asset to you as you plan your wedding. They can collect information, provide valuable input, give you support, and assist in decision making.
How long should I plan to stay at the event?
Plan on attending for the duration of the event to enjoy the entire experience. You'll need the time to meet the many businesses, enjoy the fashion show, enjoy the ‘epicurean' buffet, cake and champagne reception and watch, or perhaps even participate, in the ‘Nearly Newlywed Game Show', and much more! So, wear comfortable shoes and enjoy your day!

How many and what types of businesses will I see at the event?
Last year we had over 120 different vendors and sold out of space. This year we have the potential to sell over 150 exhibit booths. You will be able to view bridal gowns & formalwear, florists and photographers, caterers and limousines just to name a few. Please refer to our exhibitors page for an updated list of participating vendors.
What should I bring to the event?
• Calendar / Wedding Planner
Businesses will be available to set appointments. Many vendors will want to talk with you again in a calmer, quieter environment, and you will want to schedule one on one meetings with your favorite vendors to talk about the details of your wedding.
• Pre-Printed Address Labels
All of the vendors are offering individual booth prizes. Bringing pre-printed address labels will save you time when registering at each booth.
• Checkbook
Some vendors offer special show discounts if you book them the day of the show. Keep in mind certain vendors can only handle one wedding per day and their date books fill quickly. For that must-have vendor, be ready to reserve your date!
What will I see at your fashion show?
Expect to be impressed by the latest in bridal wear and men's formalwear, plus fashions for mothers, bridesmaids and flower girls.
There will also be fashions appropriate for the rehearsal night and your honeymoon trousseau.
